The Kitchen Empowerment Hour with Culinary Cori is a place for people all ages to gather and share insights and gain essential life skills related to kitchen and life management. From the farm to the table, Cori loves to talk about food and practicalities for navigating life. Cori focuses on a holistic approach to foster independence and well-being, as we explore meeting our personal needs for nutrition, nourishment, nurture and nature. Special guests (e.g. peers raising farm animals, growing gardens, etc.). Discover quick budget-friendly recipes and tips on couponing, shopping and food storage. Questions welcome.
