I can’t understand why I wasn’t let in after trying since the meeting started. It’s now 40min in, and there’s at least 7 people who were let in. A family member passed today, and I really needed to be in community. Not cool Ishaq

ISHAQ gets each one involved, a chance to talk. Ishaq is interesting, talks his circumstances. His group if fast-paced, exciting, I'll be back !

NAMI Minnesota

NAMI Minnesota champions justice, dignity and respect for all people affected by mental illnesses. Through education, support and advocacy we strive to eliminate the pervasive stigma of mental illnesses, affect positive changes in the mental health system, and increase the public and professional understanding of mental illnesses.

NAMI Minnesota offers many support groups for adults living with mental illnesses and their families. Our free support groups are led by trained volunteers with lived experience. Support groups provide a welcoming, respectful, and safe space to build awareness and understanding while learning from and connecting with others.  The two main populations we serve are adults living with mental illnesses and adults with loved ones who are living with mental illnesses.
