Overall, I felt comfortable talking to Jessica. It was nice getting her point of view, and I also liked how she was informative as well. Her information and her insight eventually lead up to some great advice. I had a great experience, and I will definitely take another session with Jessica in the future!

Jessica is wonderful. Her voice is soothing to listen to and you can tell she really cares about us.

I am not sure if she has heard this before, but if she wants to lead a group and be successful, she needs to fix her audio problem. It is the third week in a row where you can’t understand her or you are picking up every third word or so and trying to guess the rest.

Jessica is great. The check-in times went smoothly. Jessica encouraged everyone to share if they wished. There were quite a lot of 'first timers' who were struggling with their loved one's new diagnosis' and Jessica was great about welcoming them and giving opportunities for questions and sharing where they were at in coping.

I've been sitting in the waiting room since 6min after the hour, and wasn't let in. I really needed this group today, and although I was late, I was still within the grace period. It's very disappointing to not being allowed into a group that I was registered for
