Description
Get It Done When You're Depressed is a unique self-help book by Julie Fast and John Preston that helps us learn how to accomplish our goals in life -- everything from simple chores, work & play, projects, hobbies and more, while coping with depression. We cover a chapter each week, but every session is "stand-alone" -- you can choose the topics that interest you. We also reserve plenty of time for sharing and support, when everyone who wants to can share with the group in a safe environment. All with who struggle with depression of any kind are welcome to join.

Online Peer Support Groups
As an IBH or Claremont member, you now have access to online support groups that focus on mental health and wellness topics. These online peer support groups are an extra benefit for members over the age of 18. Meet others who share similar experiences to your own and learn new techniques to help you achieve your mental health and wellness goals. Register for the meetings that interest you. Topics change weekly.
