Bipolar Peer Support Group

Description

The Bipolar Peer Support Group is an opportunity for people living with this disorder to connect, find validation, and potentially learn some new coping strategies. Two trained co-facilitators will maintain a safe environment for people of all backgrounds to share space. Please feel free to come and talk—or just listen—as we discuss the ups and downs of living with bipolar disorder and how to make the most out of life. Meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM
